Nor848B | Acoustic Camera

The Acoustic Camera Nor848B is a system that identifies sound sources using a high-resolution color map display. It uses 128 to a maximum of 384 microphones to support a wide range of frequency bands. Frequency filters can be set to narrow down specific sound sources. It also has a wide range of functions, including an Acoustic Eraser function that cancels specific sounds, a virtual microphone function that collects sounds from specific locations, and an analysis function through post-processing.

When measuring, the system can be configured very easily by simply connecting the array unit (detection unit) to a PC via LAN. This system is ideal for identifying the location where sound is coming from, such as machines or parts.

Application Areas

Industrial Sector

Helps in detecting abnormal sounds and improving maintenance efficiency. The Nor848B quickly identifies noise sources in factories and manufacturing sites, supporting problem resolution.

Building Acoustics

Evaluates the acoustic performance of buildings, aiding in design and construction improvements. The Nor848B delivers high precision in acoustic measurements on construction sites.

Environmental Monitoring

Used for monitoring noise in urban and natural environments. The Nor848B analyzes various environmental sounds, including traffic and industrial noise, in detail.
