VA-14 | Vibration Analyzer

Overview

The VA-14 is a handheld vibration analyzer that can perform 1-channel FFT analysis. Measurement functions include a vibration meter function, a time waveform function, and a frequency analysis function. Equipped with a USB port and a LAN port, it can be used as a stationary measuring instrument without direct operation on-site by connecting to an external communication device, or can be incorporated into a system. Further enhanced vibration measurements are possible using two types of optional programs.

Feature details

  • Lightweight and easy to hold with one hand.
  • Adding optional functions expands the range of measurements.
  • LAN terminal USB Type-C connector for controlling the device and transferring files stored on the SD card.
  • Power supply via USB Type-C connector.
  • Simultaneous measurement of acceleration, velocity, displacement, and acceleration crest factor.
  • Filters (HPF, LPF) can be set for acceleration, velocity, and displacement respectively.
  • In FFT mode, “TOP10” displays the top 10 spectrum data and “PEAK10” displays the top peak data.
  • Imperial units (G, inch/s, mils).

Option Program

Superior function program VX-14S

The VX-14S is a collection of customer requests that have been realized one by one for what they wish the VA-12 could do.

  • Accurate machine condition evaluation using Peak calculation function
  • Sound measurement with microphone preamplifier connection function
  • Enhancement of connection with communication devices via LAN/USB
  • Long-term vibration recording with auto store and long-term waveform recording functions

“Beyond Trust to a New Frontier in Measurement”

Previous model VA-12 has been trusted for many years as the one and only 1ch vibration analyzer. With the VA-14, we have realized one by one the voices of our customers who wish that the VA-12 had more functions like this. RION’s attitude of valuing the opinions of customers has made it possible to perform vibration analysis at a higher level.
